Positive: 1. Great location and great price. 2. Very good food. 3. Excellent landscaping. 4. Helpful & courteous staff. 5. Proactive host, and always available. Need improvement: 1. General tidying up needed in the outdoor areas in order to enjoy the landscaping. (water pipes, empty sacks, broken stools and racks, foilage) lying all around. 2. In house staff needs better coordination with booking staff. 3. Kitchen hygenie and cleanliness is a BIG question mark. 4. Persistent smell in all toilets (perhaps from septic tank)

Beautiful location and comfortable rooms. The food was as per our request and very good. The place is ideal for young people but if traveling with senior citizens, please note that the property is built on different levels and there are steps that you need to traverse between levels. You can also kayak or take a boat out on the lake for an additional fee. The lake and surroundings are very pristine and a complete delight.

Our stay was absolutely amazing and flawless. The place is prettier than in the pictures. The views are amazing and the caretakers very helpful. The food is also good. One might face a slight issue of connectivity as there are no networks at all. Wifi is available but it only works in certain parts of the property.

A quick drive from Pune. Ideal for a friends and family where you have separate rooms for your privacy but the proximity to spend time together. Laid out in 5 levels, it has everything from a lovely pool, a campfire pit, nearby walking trails and boating services. In-house chef did a great job.
