Surrounded by nature, on a quiet road, this newly furnished home is a unique 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath in Hudson Valley ideal for families with small children looking for the space to reset, work or play. We are just 15 minutes from the villages of Rhinebeck and Red Hook, with great restaurants and things to do. We’re happy to make suggestions to fit your needs. The main floor includes a sun-drenched living room with two walk-out patios, an enclosed patio for meditation and exercise, a dining room that seats 8, a fully stocked kitchen, and two bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, walk-out patio and en-suite bathroom. Our guest room is set up for littles with both a Bloom Alma crib and Oeuf toddler bed. The full guest bathroom offers a tub or shower. Downstairs is our creative suite, designed for work, reading, music, TV, and play. The downstairs living room, often used as a home office, includes a daybed that turns into a king bed. This floor also includes a play room, additional bedroom with a full bed and full bathroom. (Note: this bedroom does not have windows, which some guests have preferred. If you prefer windows for a third bedroom, we recommend using the king day bed.) Our property includes plenty of parking on site, a view of the pond across the street, a quiet road perfect for taking long walks in the morning, tons of garden and lawn areas to relax and chill out.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was. The host provided clear instructions on entry, exit, etc., was flexible on possible early entry, gave fabulous recommendations on dining choices which we can now agree with her completely! Have a fabulous weekend at the Sheep & Wool Festival and will definitely try to rebook if our knitter decides we’re coming back in 2024! Thanks for the great hospitality!
Audrea's place is completely as advertised, it was wonderful for us and our two-year-old, and it was clean, had great communications (with superb recommendations) and it was very easy for us to get settled. We would definitely look to stay here again.

We are a fam of 4 traveling with and our toddler and baby. the house was perfect for us. Upstairs had comfortable and clean sleeping arrangements and downstairs was perfect for our kids to play. Audrea accommodated both an early check in and late check out for us and she was so responsive the whole stay. The house was spacious, private, peaceful with so much green space, pictures didn't even do it justice.. Location wise it was less than 15 minutes to both Rhinebeck and Redhook, both villages have great shopping and delicious restaurants. our host had great recommendations for playgrounds, massage/spa, and greig farms with great picking (it was blackberry picking). Rose Hill farms/winery was also wonderful. If you are craving a peaceful city escape this is 10/10 for you.
This house was amazing. The main floor is basically all windows, so I caught myself just staring out into the trees all the time lol. It was such a calming place to be. I didn’t expect it. The decor is cool, modern, fun, comfortable and clean. My friend and her toddler took the two bedrooms on the main floor, which was perfect since they wake up early and we wanted to sleep in. We had all of downstairs to ourselves, which was private and had the TV. We chose the bedroom without windows and slept better than we had in months. The kitchen had everything we needed, although we mostly ate in the village (15 min drive away). Audrea was friendly, responsive, and recommended some restaurants that were spot on. Wish we had more time to stay and will definitely be coming back!

We love that our country home is quiet and immersed in nature, while having so much access to great food, drinks, and things to do nearby. Rhinebeck village is our default village, especially for food and meeting friends. The Dutchess County Fairgrounds is a short drive away, which give us easy access to some of the biggest events in Hudson Valley. Red Hook is where we go to pick fruit. Tivoli is where we go for bread, ice cream and Italian food. We're also lucky to be less than ten minutes down the road from our favorite general store (Golden Russet), farm bar (Slow Fox) and wellness institute (Omega). Kingston is right across the bridge. With it's two downtowns, expansive shopping, and beautiful drive across the Rhinecliff Bridge, we definitely recommend it.
Beyond that, there is tons, let us know what you're into and we are happy to make suggestions. Many of our guests have also been into the local distilleries, U-pick farms, antiques shopping, botanical gardens, and Bard College events.
Don't be afraid to stock up on food and just relax. Our guests get surprisingly chill when they step in the door. Our open living area, with doors all around make it feel like you're doing something even if you're just relaxing at home.
We highly recommend having a car. There's parking on site and free at all of the nearby villages. We are also 20 minutes from the Rhinecliff Amtrak station.
