After a grueling trip from the East Coast, I took a bus down from Seattle. Because of a tight schedule, I wasn't sure that the flights would be on time for me to get out of Seattle Friday so I didn't make hotel reservations. Earlier in the week there appeared to be plenty of rooms available within walking distance from the bus dropoff. It turned out that there was a country music concert downtown, which likely filled the hotels. I found Norman's room and was happy that the check-in would not involve disturbing the hosts after 11 pm. My cab was late because of the concert traffic, so I ended up not getting there till after midnight. It was easy to get (in after realizing I needed to give the lock a couple of seconds to open after entering the code). His instructions were perfect. The room was pleasant, and Bernie the Cat welcomed me. There was even a place within walking distance to get breakfast while waiting to be picked up by my husband. Really appreciate the late acceptance!

Needed a comfortable place last minute. Norman was quick to respond to my questions. This was my first Air BNB experience and it was perfect for me. Thank you so much for everything. I also met Bernie, the friendliest cat in the world!!! Highly trusted and recommended. ❤️

Norman was great, always easygoing and made my stay peaceful and relaxing. Easy to find everything that I needed for my stay and never nay problems. Would definitely recommend.
