Had a crew have the same exact problem as I did. Unit filthy upon arrival
This wouldn’t be my first pick to stay, next time I’m in Beaufort. I didn’t realize it was two Airbnbs at the house (front & side of the house). I watched the YouTube video that was sent out & it indicates to go to the side entrance. Come to find out we would be using the front entrance of the house. So if the host could be clear on which Airbnb you’re going to stay in it’ll be very helpful. It’s a BYOE (bring your own everything) type of Airbnb. The host provided like one trash bag, one roll of paper towel, maybe two rolls of toilet tissue, but no laundry detergent. So if you’re booking here, please make sure you bring additional necessities. Pros: Responsive host, very nice & accommodating. Nice decor. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to the farmers market. Near a park & basketball court.
My family and i had a great stay. Minor things like the internet and dirty dishes were our only inconvenience. But the host made sure to help us as soon as they were available. Would definitely recommend this place to someone else. The location felt like a breath of fresh air. Very quiet and peaceful.

You can get to the cottage in any vehicle in any weather condition. The location is extremely drivable. Port Royal is an extremely central location being only 10 minutes from MCRD for Boot Camp graduations on Parris Island, right across the street from the Naval Hospital, and a quick drive to MCAS Beaufort. The Historic Waterfront is only 10 minutes away for tons of amazing bars and restaurants.
