The Villa serves as your sole place of residence; neither you nor any other visitors nor inmates share it. The objective is not to rough it as you take in the tranquility of Mussoorie's hills. The cabin offers all the conveniences needed to live comfortably in the mountains today. 1. WIFI ( 100 MBPS ) - Two separate routers for Ground & First floors respectively . Guests can work flawlessly with a WiFi connection (100 Mbps) backed up by the invertor . Most of the work can be fulfilled by the internet connection . 2. TV - 55” SMART LED is installed in the living room , A TV with OTT subscriptions and premium YouTube to enjoy music is a wonderful way to have fun and relax at home. You can watch your favorite shows and movies, listen to your favorite songs and artists, or explore new genres and styles. You can stream PREMIUM YOUTUBE , AMAZON PRIME , HOTSTAR , SONYLIV ETC . Other OTT’s are available on demand . 3. KITCHEN & FOOD - The kitchen is a fully loaded kitchen that has everything you need to cook and eat well. It is a place where you can unleash your creativity and passion for food. It is also a place where you can share some quality time and memories with your loved ones. It includes - Fridge , Microwave , Toaster , Mixer , Utencils and all kind of glasses for different types of Spirits . - You can cook yourself . - Hire a cook for your meals ( Chargeable & subject to availability ) - Order from Mess ( Fixed timings ) - Enjoy fine dine & Drinking from nearby cafe - “ 19th Century ” 4. There are several locations to roam around the compound, as well as a vast garden and a temple . 5. Guests are required to submit their ID’s upon confirmation of the booking 6. Both the rooms are equipped with oil heaters.

This is a lovely little cottage, with peaceful surroundings ..location was perfect!! Parul was helpful and made sure our chk in was smooth.. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the space was absolutely stunning. The details in designing every aspect was really impressive. We especially loved the outdoor private sit out at the property.. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.Taxi services are available nearby. Faizan, gave recommendations for the places to visit in the area. We would highly recommend this property..Thank you for the lovely stay!! will look forward to visit your place again..
The stay was comfortable, weather was so nice and the view from the bedroom was really beautiful.
The location is Amazing and caretakers ,Nishant and Pradeep were very helpful throughtout the stay ! Do not hesistate to book if you need a relaxing stay.

Had a pleasant stay at the Simhanaya's villa. The space was quite cozy for the five of us and stayed over for three nights. The views were quite spectacular from the main bedroom and the porch area. This villa is a part of a gated 52-villa complex, so we felt quite safe and at the same time had our privacy. The caretakers were also quite helpful and responsive- especially Nishant, Himanshu and Pradeep. Given the limited options available for eating out here, we had hired them to get the groceries and prepare our food- the food prepared was delicious and services charged was reasonable. We also hired a vehicle (a Maruti Ertiga) driven by Faizan- part of the team here at Simhayana's villa who helped us plan an itinerary according to our needs and was very knowledgeable about the area (got recommendations on restaurants, groceries like pahadi rajma, wild mustard etc.) Overall, a great stay.

A 15-minute drive from Mall Road is the little village called - Jharipani , which is located in the Mussoorie region .
Simhayana's is a part of the - Kamal cottage complex, which was constructed atop the monarch of Nepal's fort. There are still visible remnants of the castle, which is a protected historic site . At the Gates, Entry, and Exit of the Complex, there is always security. There is a mess at Complex, and you may either eat there or have food delivered to you.
- A five-star hotel called - Jaypee Residency Manor is just 2kms from the complex .
- Fay Cafe - is a fantastic restaurant cafe in the area that delivers or takes 20 to 25 minutes walk to get there and has mouthwatering meals.
- The Jharipani water fall is accessible by a steep half-hour hike that begins practically at the complex.
- The nearest Grocery shop is 10 minutes' walk away, or they may bring necessities right to your property. Additionally, you can ask the caretakers to get items for you.
There are so many places to go for walks in the neighbourhood and in the complex - Temple , Park and many View points of Himalaya's , Doon valley and Mussoorie .
Personal vehicles may be parked in the Personal parking space of the villa or on the lot outside the mess .
You can call a taxi from the adjacent taxi stand and have it come to your cottage to go on numerous " Queen of Hills excursions " ; we'll give you the number.
