We spent the last few days of the year at Nick's beautiful waterfront home. The views from the main floor are spectacular due to the walls of glass. As serious cooks, we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with high end appliances. This property is highly recommended. Thanks to Nick for hosting us!

We had a great time at this house. We're 10 college friends who got together for a girls weekend. The house is in a great location and was well stocked with things we needed. The fifth bedroom was setup before we got there, so the only beds we needed to make were the single trundles. Based on a previous review and instructions from the host, we were able to figure out parking. Only downside was we learned the fireplace was sealed and therefore unusable, but the house was warm and we had no problems with the heat when needed. Thanks again for a memorable weekend!

Home was very welcoming, definitely not a typical rental home that the owner never stays in. Kitchen was fully stocked with all of the amenities you could ever need. The parking is a bit of a challenge, and very strict, but once we figured out alternative parking solutions at the near by yacht club we were set. Would love to stay at this beautiful home again.
