We had a great weekend at your property and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a great base for exploring the local area. The house was really clean and tidy with everything that you would need. There was plenty of free parking near by and it was great that it was so close to the local shops.

The house was great but beds were only set up for four even though we booked for five (this was sorted out though very quickly). A few small things would help make the stay easier these include a couple more chairs for the table (it is advertised as sleeping six but only 4 chairs), a lock on the bathroom door would be nice, and a bit more information about the home (for instance where to park as there is no parking with attached to the home, what to do with rubbish and recycling etc).

A lovely house in a central location. Just a step over the road to a pub and a supermarket and only a 5 minute walk into Brecon for shops, coffee shops or a simple wander through the town. Kitchen is generally well equipped (but there pizza places in town!) Bedrooms are good sized and our boys had a room each so they were happy. There are nice local walks along the canal or around the town and cathedral but we ventured about 15 minutes drive down the road to tackle Corn Du and Pen y fan. Just get to the car park early since it was full by 9am but it was a bank holiday so we had been warned. Parking for the cottage needs some logistics since we had to use public car parks, which meant moving the car around a few times but we were mostly out and about. Watton car park was free on the Saturday and we found places for Sunday too. Morrisons is max 2 hours so best avoided for anything longer. None of the car parks are very far so really not a big deal Overall a great place to stay.
