A difficult stay that made a hard situation even worse. Noisy street, noisy furnace directly in the suite that goes off at all hours, noisy owners, banging furniture around at 3am, little to no communication, locked out once because they deadbolted the garden entry way from the inside, clearly not up to fire code with bars on every window and had to tell them the fire extinguisher was not charged. Inconsistent to non functional wifi, scant kitchen accessories, scant furniture. No recycling or compost in suite. There's an oven but only the stovetop works, the most uncomfortable bed. No temperature control with conditions ranging from freezing cold to raging hot air blowing into the room. Dilapidated, uneven floors with tripping hazards at every doorway.

Great place to stay for what we needed! Clean place, comfy beds, clean bathroom. Super close to amenities and parks for my daughter to play at! All round it's what we needed at the price we wanted.

Yuna's place is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is a little small, but now has most of the utensils and amenities needed to cook almost anything. The strip mall across the street has a Safeway, dollar store, liquor store, post office and there are a number of decent restaurants nearby. Yuna was always very responsive, and quickly delivered a portable heater when it was needed, and an emergency lantern when the power unexpectedly went out overnight due to a motor vehicle accident in the alley behind her place. We were quite comfortable for the 6 weeks we were there.
