I can not express how much we enjoyed our stay. Daniel was the most gracious host. It truly felt like we were visiting friends when we arrived. We stay in Air B&B's alot and this one was by far the absolute best experience. Daniel has thought of everthing to make the visit seemless. The greatest part was the kitchen!!! Whenthe whole family is traveling we like to cook. Daniel has the kitchen set up like it was his own home. There are plenty of dishes and glassware that match and the KNIVES...all sharpened to perfection. Having a sharp knife when you are cooking makes all the difference. We were traveling with a one year old and the place had everything we needed, including outlet protectors. If you are going to visit Austin, especially the University, this is the ideal place to stay. No doubt we will stay next time we are in town. Thanks again Daniel for making graduation weekend extra special!!

Had a great stay at Daniel's Place. Location is great with easy access to UT, Downtown, etc. Lots of great restaurants close by as well. Would certainly stay again when in the Austin area.

We had a great stay everything was spotless and felt right at home! There was so many amenities and the location was amazing. The host is so kind and sweet and responds super quickly. Our only issue during our stay was there is a noise level monitor that was disclosed to us, but we didn’t realize that with music and all of us talking we would get a message about that. Overall absolutely would recommend!!

property was clean, well appointed and modern. All amenities were as listed on the description and location is 5 min drive to UT. Neighbourhood was quiet.
