Lovely place to stay and so easy. Nicky was very responsive and added a topper to one of the beds when my sister felt it was uncomfortable which was really kind. When I left my earrings behind Nicky was really helpful and I was able to pick them up! five star service. The fire makes a really nice addition to the place, so it's ideal for cosy winter nights. very sociable downstairs because of the open plan layout.

This is a beautiful property in a peaceful location. We hired it for a Christmas break and it was perfect. Nicky was also on hand and very helpful with a couple of issues we encountered, despite it being Christmas Day. Would definitely book again.

exactly as described and perfect for a trip to Suffolk for a wedding. Close to Woodbridge and Sutton Hoo. Nicky was very helpful and a clear communicator. Thanks Nicky!

We stayed for 7 nights with the intention of walking and cycling in the area. A good conversion with a nice, light airy feel to it and plenty of space. Clean and tidy everywhere. Queries before booking were answered promptly and additional photo added to the listing as a result. A couple of small issues during stay dealt with promptly. A lovely, secluded spot, ideal for a relaxing stay but not too far from civilisation! Will certainly look up again if we come to this area of Suffolk again.
