Rabbit is a fabulous cosy holiday home with stylish country interiors and spacious living area. Located outside the village of Charlbury, this wonderful property is perfect for a romantic getaway. Rabbit at Burrow Away is a delightful barn conversion which sleeps 2+1 guests (see Finer Details), with the +1 option being a single trundle bed suitable for a child under 14, with a shower room. Surrounded by farm scenery, escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy all the countryside has to offer; catching glimpses of hares along the drive and, in the spring, the delight of lambs frolicking in the fields - a true picturesque setting. The high ceilings and open plan living space create a serene environment to enjoy a home-cooked meal and relax on the sofa after a splendid day exploring the Cotswolds. Rabbit is a dog friendly property that accepts one dog. Rabbit can be booked either on its own, or with Fox which sleeps four guests in the adjacent property. Accommodation This one bedroom holiday home in Charlbury is perfectly suited for a romantic getaway, exploring the local countryside and eateries. The weekend staying at the rabbit was wonderful. Beautiful setting with a beautifully decorated interior. I recommend to anyone, plus I would be back in a heartbeat 👌🏼
Great stay at the Rabbit cottage. It was perfect for us and the dog loved it (although seeing cows was a new thing for him)! Really good value, quick and clear communication. Ideal location to visit lots of quaint local villages. 👌🏻
We had a great stay at Rabbit. Check-in was smooth and easy and it was good to be able to use the electric car charger. Charlbury is a lovely little town. We went to The Bull for dinner which is a couple of minutes drive from the property and was excellent. The property is very private and peaceful. Facilities are also good, very nice shower! Would recommend to stay here!
the property is def fine and the owner lives nearby are very nice. But a few things for the management company to consider. 1. very long instructions and have to register at a different site (multiple msges with CAPITAL LETTERS asking me to register ASAP - stressful). this registration doesn't give more but rather a hassle. 2. the day prior, I received a msg with location link. because it says Conygree Farm, G map took me to a place 20miles away. 3. no amenities at all. I reviewed the (long) instructions and saw it's indeed mentioned. but I didn't expect it to be like zero. we had to go out and buy everything - bottle of cooking oil/ salt/ bottle of shampoo/ etc. we had to buy coffee and tea cuz we stayed for 4 nights only sachets of tea/ coffee for 2 nights provided. I mean it's fine as it's how its advertised but I just thought it's not a good experience compared to how we had other similar holiday rents.

Rabbit at Burrow Away is situated on the owner's working farm, just a 20 minute walk from the fantastic town of Charlbury. Nestled in the Evenlode Valley, this bustling town has a popular country pub, The Bull, a deli, shop and a mainline train station with services to Oxford (20 minutes) and on to London Paddington (just over an hour).
For your shopping essentials, there is a Co-op in Charlbury and larger supermarkets and independent retailers in Chipping Norton.
Charlbury is well-placed for visiting the much-loved Cotswold honeypots of Burford, Stow-on-the-Wold and Bourton-on-the-Water, as well as the historic city of Oxford and its nearby attractions, including Blenheim Palace.
