Newly built 10x16 Off Grid Cabin with style. No electricity, No water. Outhouse available. Perfect getaway into the woods for a night. Nestled in the Mountains of New Vineyard. Campers / Glampers & Quiet-goers will adore this property and views. Insulated, no stove, so bring toasty sleeping bags. Bring charcoal for grill . NEED 4wd to get to cabin, Or park at bottom. Hike up hill, Aprox 200 yrds. The view from our property is the sell point. Simply sit with your coffee in the morning and marvel at the views before you. Almost daily you will see deer coming through looking for food from our many fruit trees. Interested in popping up a tent? That's no problem as the top of our property is a lush, wide open space. We assure you that the views are breathtaking especially in the early morning and at the end of a beautiful day. WINTER CAMPING... No Heater, but cabin is insulated. If you are a winter activity enthusiast then this is for you. Bring warm sleeping bag and enjoy a winter wonderland. NO AUTOMOBILE ACCESS in winter. Park at the bottom of our property and snow shoe 200 yards to the top.

Perfect little get away for prayer and reflection.
This place is great!! Beautiful cabin, beautiful surroundings (especially at sunrise)!! Host is very nice, responds quickly and is very helpful. We did have some trouble getting in, but it was resolved quickly. Would 100% recommend, and stay there again!
Spent a nice March night here while skiing at sugarloaf, Richard was super communicative and helpful, will definitely book this again !
The Cabin was super nice!! It was very comfortable in sleeping in the loft and the place was really clean. The owner Richard is a really nice guy and provided all the important info about his place, and made sure that i knew what to expect! Thank you again for the stay and hope to come back again in the future!

Simply quiet. Deer are constantly coming on property to eat the fruits in our vineyard, orchard. Tons of wild strawberries,raspberries, grapevines, and 8 Monster fruit-bearing apple and pear trees.
If you are looking for a simple slice of heaven in the rawness of nature we got it. While on property feel free to pick from trees. The apple trees begin to bloom late August.
Park at the bottom of dirt road or 4-WHEELdrive vehicle NEEDED... gets you to the top of our property. It's a nice hike up a decent hill. (Not for the faint)
Our neighborhood is filled with miles of hiking / 4-wheeling trails.
Just 4 miles up the road is our public beach at porter lake.
The other way, 6 miles south you will find all that you need and want in the Beautiful town of Farmington.
This area is lush with the simplicity of nature. Lots of hiking, lakes, rivers and mountains for the outdoor enthusiast .
NO AUTOMOBILE ACCESS IN WINTER... Hike from bottom of property 200 yards to the top with your snow shoes.
