We enjoyed our stay at Kyle's place. Very clean, updated and plenty of room to stretch out with my two teenagers. We didn't get to enjoy the pool, it was a bit too chilly, but the back yard was amazing. Lots of shopping and dining close by! We will stay again the next time we're in Jacksonville!

This is a beautiful, comfortable home with plenty of space and equipped with everything you need to enjoy Jacksonville whether you are all adults or if you have children of any age. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was spacious and easy to use, pool/yard well maintained. Host was very responsive and wanted us to enjoy our stay. 5 stars for the Host and the property.

Wonderful place to stay! The house was exactly as described, but so much more! The thoughtfulness of the hosts was more than apparent. From extra towels to the fun outdoor games there was nothing we had to worry about. The location was great! A quick drive to the beach and wonderful restaurants. We have a wonderful stay and cannot wait to come back.

We had an awesome stay at High Tides! Kyle and Megan were outstanding hosts and kept in communication throughout our entire stay to make sure everything was perfect for us. We can’t wait to go back!
