My family and I enjoyed our stay at Eric’s property. It was the respite that we all needed and the ocean breezes were a bonus. We wish that the weather would have allowed us to enjoy the pool. When we come back to JAX Beach over the summer, Eric’s home will be our top choice.

First of all, I am grateful that Eric let us check in early and check out late. Thank you A few pieces of feedback: 1. This whole process felt scammy. When you are dealing with a gathering of more than 8 people, it is very dynamic. People drop out, people come in, therefore it is difficult to have the exact number of people at booking. I was honest and let eric know after paying initially that we would have 3 extra ppl joining. He gave me a price and then when I went to change on airbnb, it was 4x what he told me. I then had to argue with him to honor the price he originally told me, which was very painful. 2. This narrative around "we have cameras and will track how many people are present" feels a bit intrusive to me. We are honest adults and should feel like we are treated in that way rather than stating multiple times that we will be watching you with cameras. I have stayed in 100 airbnbs and this was the most unpleasant experience I have had thus far.
