This place exceeded our expectations in every way. The layout, decorations and outdoor pool area introduced a wonderful vibe to our trip. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Jax beach.

We had the best time at Julia and Greg’s house for the weekend. The pool, backyard, sleeping arrangements and just about everything was top notch. We would love to come back!

This was our first time to Jacksonville Beach, FL. We really enjoyed the house. It fit my family very well and comfortably. The hosts were incredibly helpful in any way we needed and always responded fast to any of my questions or concerns! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone coming to the area. Will definitely be back!

Julia and Greg were amazing hosts! They were not only kind, but extremely proactive in fixing the A/C (which had gone out before we arrived) in the house before our whole crew got there. Julia called us immediately and kept us updated on the status of the fix throughout. Their home was gorgeous and relaxing. The pool was perfect for cooling down in the Florida heat, and the use of their golf cart made it easy to get to the beach, which was only a couple of blocks away. The location was perfect, close to Publix and tons of great restaurants and shopping! We wished we had stayed longer!
