This is a pretty and comfortable studio apartment with a/c and all amenities and a great sea view, just like in the pictures! It is close to Kayak Village, the departure spot for the visit of Bioluminescent Bay and water-taxi pier for Icacos Island. The condo has a swimming pool. I appreciated that it had a folder with recommended places to eat and to visit. Patricia sent detailed instructions for check-in, which made it easy.

Thank you Patrica for sharing your beautiful space! Bella Vista!!!!!!! I woke up in the morning saying WOW beautiful with sun shining in! :) Close to many things to do which we added our recommendations in her guest book! Also walking distance to kayaking, play park, photo props and dining! Netflixs and Pool was a plus for the children after a long adventure! We also had some special request for our stay and Patrica was generous to our request! No problem with communication! Security Guard at front. For this price, you are living a dream! Thank you so much !!!!!

This unit was absolutely beautiful! Me & my family stayed in this unit while on our vacation in Puerto Rico, it met all of our expectations. It was clean, free of clutter, matched the pictures we seen. Well worth the money we paid to stay there, the view was amazing! I loved it because it was right on the water and there were things you could walk to like the beach, the playground area for the kids and places to eat. Patricia was a great host, very respectful and responsive. She reached out and made sure me and my family had everything we needed. Everything about this unit was great! I would recommend anybody to stay here if they are visiting Puerto Rico. I wouldn’t mind staying here again if I was visiting Puerto Rico again.
