It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, a Living Room, and a Kitchen. Within this rental, everything listed above is private to you. Only you and your guests will have access to these rooms. However, the back half of the house is our rental also. There may be other guests renting the back half of the house. The back half of the property is totally blocked off from your rental. However, due to the close proximity of the rentals, we do have a few "House Rules". They are: 1. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF YOUR NOISE LEVELS, AS THERE MAY BE OTHER GUESTS RENTING THE UNIT(S) ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HALLWAY DOOR. 2.
