The house is in a safe, convenient, clean area. With 3 bedrooms (king, queen, and daybed with trundle) and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom with daybed also has a desk for working remotely. The living room has a comfy couch and loveseat with 70' smart tv. Brand new kitchen and laundry. Nice patio for sitting and large back. Park cars in new driveway. No steps shot gun bungalow. With great parking. Nice neighborhood so be a nice neighbor

John was very responsive with any questions we had. Lee’s Summit has a nice downtown with many good options for food and beverages.
My family and I stayed there while waiting to close on a house. We booked last minute and he got us in right away. It was very clean and comfortable.
