I stayed at the bunkie with three friends. We had intended to canoe into Massassauga Park and camp, but the forecast was cold and rainy. Instead, we booked here last minute and could not have been happier. We had great access to the park and canoed for hours taking in the gorgeous fall leaves. While chilly on the water, we knew we would return to our warm and cozy bunkie. We loved the sauna / cold plunge in the lake. The four of us fit comfortably. Margaret could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. We booked last minute and got an almost immediate response. The location is amazing - right next to the portage into the park. The bunkie is new and makes great use of the space. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great stay!

Margaret was very helpful and responsive. I booked this cottage the day before and was really excited to go. Unfortunately my friends daughter became very sick the day of travel and I had to cancel our reservation at the last minute. I had a lot of questions when I made the booking and Margaret was very informative, patient and responsive. I felt horrible cancelling last minute. Margaret was kind enough to credit back our money even though it says on the website that there is a strict no cancellation policy and no refunds will be given. I can’t rate the cottage as I didn’t have the opportunity to stay there but I can say Margaret was very helpful and patient throughout my booking process. Thanks for your patience and understanding Margaret.

Such a little gem! Beautiful lake views and lovely for swimming and canoeing. We were able to paddle all the way into Parry Sound. Perfect mini break! The hosts were absolutely lovely!
