This historic Tasmania Bank built in 1895 could be your next holiday destination. Built in the Victorian style as the Commercial Bank of Australia and residence there is a world of history within her walls. Currently setup for up for 5 people with everything you need for a long or short stay. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Entry to the property is through your own private courtyard. This area is setup for outdoor dining with garden and water feature. Plenty of seating is available. A large umbrella is there to shade the area when needed. Upon entering the historic property via the courtyard you will be greeted by a beautiful painting done by a local artist. You will then enter an opulent arched hallway that runs along the entire home. All rooms are adjoining this hallway. Each bedroom has its own lockable door which you will have access to depending on the number of guests. The main Bedroom we call the Paris room. This opulent room has a queen size bed with memory foam mattress and memory foam pillows for a great night’s sleep. It is heated by a wood look electric heater and electric blanket for your ultimate comfort. There are two comfortable wing backed chairs to relax in if you want privacy. The other bedroom can sleep up to 3 guests. It has a Queen bed and a king single bed. This room has its own TV with PlayStation and over 200 movies. This allows kids to have their own space away from the adults if required. Heating of this area is with a panel heater and electric blankets on the beds. The main area contains the Kitchen, dining lounge and office nook. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large double door fridge. Enough room for 2 weeks shopping. There is and electric oven and cooktop, air fryer, microwave, kettle, 4 slice toaster and dishwasher. All cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are provided. It has a walk in pantry which use to be the Bank Vault!! The dining are has 6 seats with extendable table. The lounge area has seating for five to six. There is a large Tv with Crome cast for access to many tv stations and apps. Internet is connected and available at 25mb per second. The study office nook is an area that may be useful if you have your own laptop and need to work from home. There are plenty of boardgames and books to read.
