Great location, responsive host, and awesome space!

Amalia’s place was great. It is beautiful, light filled and spotless, there is a parking spot and a yard where we could leave our bikes. It is located an easy 5 minute bike ride from downtown Knoxville just across the Tennessee River, perfect for us to get to the event we were in town for, and also is very close to great road and trail riding and walking trails.

Amalia's place was cozy, beautiful, and filled with light. We loved our stay, and wished it could have been longer than 2 nights! The decor was lovely with a very organized kitchen. Amalia had a comfortable couch we used for reading, and the comfortable bedroom was just the right size with a very nice closet. Amalia was also very responsive and helpful. Thank you, Amalia!

It is really a great place and Amalia is very nice and friendly. The location is within walking distance to a few different breweries, shops, bars and restaurants. Loved everything about it except the last night, when i returned home late and the keypad did not work. Unfortunately could not get in contact via messaging or phone to help me in until around 8 the next morning. Also this is above a garage and you can hear the door open and close. It’s not bad and the quality of everything else is wonderful! Otherwise i loved it. Will definitely recommend and stay there again if it works for my schedule. Thank you for your kindness.
