Joel actually waited for us to check in. He actual left the whole house to ourselves.

We had a fantastic stay at Joel’s place, we ended up having the whole apartment to ourselves! The indoor fire was a big plus, felt so cosy in the evenings. Apartment was only a short drive away to all the main attractions on the island and was great value for money. Joel also left a folder in our room with his recommendations of places to see and restaurants to eat at which was very helpful! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the island!

Amazingly cozy place. Feels right at home. We wished we could stay longer. Joel is very friendly and provides tons of information of Phillip Island.

Our short stay in Joel’s house was lovely. The room was well equipped with electric blankets & small heater, with a very comfy bed. Joel made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in. Offering us tea & coffee and so genuinely friendly. Great recommendations for the island & beyond.
