We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful property! Our family of 7 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 baby fit perfectly in this home, all with their own private space. This home is at an amazing location that is both private and also very close to everything. There's a Dollar General, a grocery store, gas station, and the cutest coffee shop all within 2 minutes away. The house was set up so thoughtfully for guests with families - from the outdoor play areas to the spacious rooms to the loft with large tv seating area with books and games - our granddaughters couldn’t have been happier. The kitchen was also very well stocked with everything you need to cook, including spices, as well as all sorts of wine and beverage glasses. My daughter was especially excited to try the Flavor God spices they had available. There were thoughtful touches throughout that made the stay very enjoyable. The hosts were extremely helpful and communicative. We hope to be back soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coghlan's Retreat. It was in a beautiful setting and we appreciate that the photos and listing were accurate. The cabin was perfect for us - 6 adults and looked to be equally well appointed for families with children. I also appreciate that the cabin was dog friendly. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen and had some wonderful meals out as well. The location is incredibly convenient - right on the Arnold Rim Trail and an easy walk (or quick drive) to town. I also appreciated the binder of maps and local information the host has made available. The host was extremely helpful and responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We experienced the most beautiful snow fall one day (April 13). We will come back in warmer weather so we can sit on the deck and enjoy the ambiance of the forest, firepit, and bistro lights!

Had a great stay at this cabin in Arnold, CA! It's cozy, well-equipped, and perfectly situated for some winter fun. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Place was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we possibly needed. Home is right next to Arnold Rim Trail for great hiking! Dog play area is wonderful. Wish the gas stove worked instead of the duraflame log provided...

Very nice cabin. It was clean and spacious. We had 8 ppl staying ( 4 adults and 4 younger kids) and the house was easily able to accommodate. Kids played and slept upstairs in the loft while adults were able to relax downstairs in the evenings. Host was very responsive which was a plus.. overall no complaints -Josh S
