My wife and I lived & worked in Europe for twelve years and traveled almost monthly . . . 90% of the time, we used private residences, Nunda is in the top three for amenities, cleanliness, privacy, and a peaceful beautiful location . . . Letchworth State Park is 10-15 minutes down the road, depending on your entrance into the park. Gilbert communicated promptly, professionally, and is extremely helpful. We are already talking looking at our calendar for a return trip.

We had a fantastic weekend stay even in rainy weather. The place is nice a cozy to have some relaxation time away. Kitchen is great to cook meals and eat with a great view!

Cleanest rental we have ever stayed in! Very well-stocked for living out of which we really appreciated. The King bed was a little too soft for our liking and the couch was a little small. Would have liked a place to put garbage outside the house. Grounds are beautiful. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We have rented many homes and this was one of the very best, especially the property which was incredible. The home worked well for our family of four. We especially liked being across from a farm with dozens of cows. Totally private and serene.

Beautiful home! My husband and 2 teenagers rented this place because of the close proximity to Letchworth State park and a little over an hour to Buffalo where my son was looking at the college. The home is very clean and well equipped with everything you’d need. Beds were comfortable. Very pet friendly! Many nice things provided for our dogs ( beds, bowls, waste bags). The property is awesome to walk around. My daughter loved trying to catch frogs in the pond. We had such a nice stay. Wish we could stay longer just to relax.
