Francesco is a nice person and was always there to answer our questions. His apartment was good for what we needed as we just transited the area and arrived in the evening and left in the morning so it was quick. Apartment clean and in a quiet area. My bed was a bit hard to sleep on, but in the end was okay. There are only single beds by the way, in case you are looking for a double bed which we didn't pay attention. Overall it was good for the money we paid. Three important things that I need to mention for future guests...there is no internet at the property which is mentioned in description, the actual apartment is hard to find without Francesco's help as there are no numbers on the apartments doors which was weird for me as it was a multiple block of flats with many apartments (Francesco was very responsive and guided us accordingly) and lastly the local tax of 4 euro per person is not included in the price. We do recommend Francesco's place at least for a short stay. Thanks

Francesco è un ottimo padrone di casa, l'appuntamento è ampio, nuovo, confortevole in una zona tranquilla con una bella vista. Appartamento pulito e ordinato, comodo con un parcheggio interno. Francesco è stato gentile e flessibile per check-in. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, assolutamente consigliato per chi vuole pernottare nei dintorni di Cosenza.
