This place is perfect for long term stays in Nashville. It has easy laundry, parking, a beautiful kitchen, and the surrounding areas are pleasant to be in. Ted is a great host and responsive to any needs.

Ted's place was exceptionally clean which is the most important thing to me. It's a cute unit, decorated nicely and was perfect amount of space for 2 people. Bed was comfortable. Nice big Smart TV in living space. It was surprisingly quiet and peaceful there. It is located in a multi unit building that looks like it may have been a motel at one time so when we first arrived I wasn't sure what to expect, but we had no issues with noise or parking at all. The location was very convenient as well. We were visiting our kids at Lipscomb, but it is close to City as well and lots of shopping. There are also lots of restaurants, grocery and Target within a mile or two. Ted was a great host and immediately responded to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Ted’s place was very nice and comfortable! It was clean and perfect for two people! It was in a great location with plenty of stores and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Ted is an awesome host! Communication was great from initiating the booking until checkout. The apartment looked just like the photos. However, the bed sheets are actually softer than they look, so that might throw you off. The location is conveniently located to get on the highway, and best of all: the Trader Joe’s is just down the street! I hope I get to stay at Ted’s place next time I visit Nashville🙌🏻

Very cozy place definitely worth the price. Things are fairly close to explore. Definitely recommend.
