I was traveling with my daughter for a concert at the Tacoma Dome and we were hoping to be able to walk to the venue. They were responsive with our questions when we made the reservation, and throughout our stay. Both were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The house has been updated, and is modern, very clean and well kept. My daughter described the kitchen as "her aesthetic" :) We had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. Jim was a great host! He was friendly, generous and accommodating, and we felt right at home. We enjoyed visiting with him and hearing about the property.

Jim was very responsive with my questions, I felt very welcome in his home despite getting in late from a flight and leaving early the next morning. The room and bathroom were really clean, a very lovely home. I would stay here again!

Jim and Yao’s home is very lovely and has everything you need if you want to cook :) The place is very clean and organized and the hosts are friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood is also in a safer pocket for Tacoma so I felt safe with street parking and while walking around outside.

I absolutely had a lovely time staying at Jim’s place. I met his lovely wife and they were very accommodating and friendly and made me feel right at home. I loved the space and was not disappointed. Definitely a place to come back to. 😄
