She is the person who maintains the property. However, as the norms of Airbnb guests are supposed to be taking care of the cleanliness during the stay. In case you need a helper for maintenance you can hire her on payment basis. Guests can make coffee/ tea and cook their own food. However, in case you need a cook to help in cooking and washing you can hire her on payment basis.
