I am an NRI living overseas. I stayed in this flat during my Chennai trip. This flat is modern and neat. The stay was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay in this property again. The caretaker, Aleem, was extremely responsive. Aleem goes out of the way to help guests to satisfy their requirements. Overall, a great place to stay. I strongly recommend this apartment. This is, most possibly, one of a very few best apartments in Chennai available on AirBnB.

I am so happy that I got to stay at Ganesh's place. It had everything that I could have possibly needed. The place was clean and had all the basic amenities. I was even able to have a couple of friends over and had a great time on the rooftop jacuzzi. Definitely worth every penny spent. Really hope that I will be able to stay there again!

This place is extremely good!! It's a well-furnished apartment with all amenities, Quiet and comfortable, the house is clean and tidy, and very close to the main market. The beds were nice and comfy, kitchen area is so nice. Vehicle parking is available. The host is very accommodating, staff on the property is very helpful. A special mention goes out to Mr. Aleem Khan who made our stay very memorable and is always available to help. No issues were faced during the entire stay. Everything is just amazing. Overall a very good experience. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

It was a pleasant stay with completely smooth arrangements. check-in was very simple. If you are planning for the Jacuzzi make sure you read the terms and conditions completely. Ganesh was really a great host.

Very nice and well maintained place with all basic amenities like drinking water microwave oven plates glasses kettle WiFi etc. overall very good place to stay.
