Great location to spend 3 weeks in Asunción. Just a few blocks from Shopping Mariscal, the neighborhood is quiet with beautiful trees. Great pool, laundry, and well stocked kitchen. I will return next time I'm in Paraguay.

It’s been an amazing stay, we really enjoy Paraguay, the building is in a perfect zone, nice co working and pool zone, Ruben has been one of my best hosts in a long time, responds really fast and helped us with everything while we stayed We will come back a few months a year and that building has become our base in Paraguay 🇵🇾 I highly recommend staying here, lovely 🥰
