This RV sits alongside our house on our property. Guests can enjoy their own private place to themselves. This was not what I was expecting when going to stay in a camper. The property was well maintained and very nice. The host was every informative and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. It’s quite and very welcoming definitely plan on staying there again some day.
My one-night stay in Karin's camper was very comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed. Karin was very helpful and easy-going at check-in and check-out. I came to participate in the triathlon at Lums Pond State Park which is closeby, so perfect for me. I would gladly stay at Karin's again.

15 minutes to Christiana Mall. 7 minutes to a movie theater at People’s Plaza. University of Delaware just 20 minutes away in cozy Newark with a fun Main Street filled with restaurants and shops. Rehoboth Beach and tax-free shopping at the Tanger Outlets only one hour and 15 minutes away. Lums Pond is only 5 minutes from our home with hiking trails for walking and biking as well as kayak and canoe rentals. The canal is only 8 minutes from our home which provides a paved walking/biking trail along the water. Chesapeake City and Delaware City are 20 minutes away with waterfront bar and dining.
Lums Pond, Longwood Gardens, Somerset Farms for some homemade ice cream, taking a walk in Chesapeake City! A public bus is about 15 minutes away.
Christiana Mall is 15 minutes away and has a bus that goes to/from Rehoboath Beach.
Delaware is perfect for tax-free shopping. Visit the Tanger Outlets at Rehoboath Beach.
Philadelphia is about an hour away.
Baltimore is 1 and a half hours by car.
DC is two hours by car.
New York City is 2 hours by car. You can take a cheap bus from Wilmington to New York City for around $50 roundtrip.
