Enjoy views of the lake, woods, and golf course along the way. You are minutes from the Briarbrook Club House, which has a restaurant and an outdoor pool. As this is a family-friendly neighborhood, parties are 100% prohibited. Strictly enforced! Large, airy and bright living room with full kitchen, lounge, and dining spaces. Two beds; One King-sized bed and a queen sized bed portioned by a floor to ceiling curtain. A large couch with additional blankets/pillows/towels is available to sleep one more for a total of 5 guests. One full bathroom with shower/tub combo that is accessible from the living/bedroom area. Covered outdoor patio that overlooks the lake and leads directly onto the trails/frisbee golf course.
