We were disappointed in our stay at Brittanii’s place. During that time, we experienced: 1. Poor communication and follow through. We had to ask multiple times for things throughout our stay; including things that should already be stocked in an Airbnb (such as trash bags). 2. Lack of a kitchen table/chairs, which forces guests to eat on the floor/couch. We did request one, which was provided after multiple reminders and days later. 4. Few and cheap amenities. For example, the kitchen lacked enough coffee cups for the amount of guests the home could accommodate. The other items in the kitchen seemed cheap and thrown together. Bedding followed this trend, with a lack of additional blankets and mismatched pillow cases. 5. The home smell musty and is poorly maintained. The outdoor trash had not been taken out for some time upon our arrival. The hosts only removed our trash, leaving the old smelly garbage behind. Several parts of the bedroom blinds were also missing, decreasing privacy.

House had everything needed to stay over a week. Very well organized and modern, fast wifi and beds were super comfortable! Recommend this house to anyone!
