Welcome to Your Home Away from Home! Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is located near Downtown St. Augustine. It is designed for both comfort and fun in mind, making it an ideal choice for families, friends, groups, and pet choices. The living room features a large 75" TV with a Klipsch home theater system, perfect for movie nights. Relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy your steaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and etc (using your own personal accounts). Below the tv, there are plenty of kid and adult games such as Let's Get Deep, UNO, Monopoly, Sequence, Charades for Kids, Game of Life, Jenga, and more! For added fun, the game room (an adapted garage with a mini split A/C) includes a billiard pool table for endless entertainment. The bedrooms are cozy and spacious are designed to provide a restful night's sleep. with three bedrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone, plus a sofa bed (queen/full size) for additional guests. Remember the maximum number of guests is 8. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom for your convenience, while the other two bedrooms share a second full bathroom. The master bedroom has a large tv and a large closet room which has a dedicated workspace, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, cooler, children's toys in plastic box, iron/ironing board, umbrella, extra pillows, and extra bed linens. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals.
