This modern and spacious home is in a quiet rural setting, just minutes from the town of Canowindra. With generous sized living, kitchen and bedroom areas and a large grassed yard, this is your home-away-from-home for the durations of your stay. You have instant heating or cooling from the ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning, and the house contains everything you need to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Surrounded by quiet country lanes for walking or riding. Take a hot-air balloon experience - particularly spectacular when the canola crops are a sea of yellow flowers. Explore the countryside by bike or horse. Take your 4WD to Nangar National Park, true bushranger country! A short drive away are the centres of Orange and Cowra with fine food, wineries and cellar doors.

Andrew was friendly, helpful and so welcoming, we arrived to find milk, bread, jam, honey, peanut butter all ready in the house! The home was beautiful with stunning 360 views, beds were so comfy and lovely heating throughout to keep us warm. We saw hot air balloons fly every day and the kids loved toasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Would love to return in future and highly recommend this house for anyone else.
In short - idyllic! Beautiful, clean, and well-appointed and in a peaceful and private location. Only a short drive to town, with everything you could want. We cooked 4 meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also enjoyed a lazy afternoon on the chaise lounge reading a selection from the amazing library! Would definitely stay here again.
Andrew’s place was a large, clean, well stocked peaceful house with working farms surrounding it. There were sheep and horses in the neighborhood farms the night sky was absolutely gorgeous. We saw shooting stars and the Milky Way. Probably it was our lucky night. There are a few restaurants in the town which are a few minutes drive away. All in all we had a great stay and our dog loved the big space surrounding the house for running around.
Great place, the house was private and very spacious. Everything was clean and had modern amenities. Would recommend if looking for a nice peaceful getaway!
We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas. The kitchen was well equipped for festive cooking and the little decorative touches around the house were so thoughtful. This is a perfect house for a family or small group of friends looking to get away and relax for a while.
