Hello, I enjoyed my stay at Jay's place. The townhome is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and modern. Great shower. I had a dedicated spot for off-street parking. Jay was always responsive and quick to help me. I liked having a gas range for cooking. I would recommend a few additions to the rental to make it 5 stars. The washer and dryer need an upgrade. Add an iron and ironing board. Add a toaster to the kitchen. Clean the carpet on the stairs. I would rent Jay's place again. Steve

Thank you for a great stay! This spot was perfect for my needs while in town for a conference. I had an initial issue getting into the door, but jay was immediately available over message to help me. The place was clean and welcoming. I have a hard time sleeping when it is bright out, so I appreciated that there were black out curtains and tower fan in the bedroom. Safeway and Starbucks are right next door which is hard to find places for necessities so close! I would highly recommend and will stay again if I’m in the area
