This has to be the best Airbnb I’ve ever been to, despite the pictures not being clear I booked it on a whim. It was literally BETTER than expected. I want to gatekeep it so not too many people find out about this space but this Airbnb had the best views of old town Monterosso!! It was so peaceful, you can get away from all the tourists &hikers since you have to walk up the iconic steps to get to the apartment. You get winded but it’s honestly the best workout after all the pasta &gelato. Do not hesitate to book!! this is the best location and the price is a steal. Just a 10 min walk from the train &beach, it doesn’t get better, the space and cleanliness is on point. Alfio was the nicest &best host I’ve ever had, he was so accommodating &so helpful. He met me at the bottom of the steps to bring my luggage up, he even gave my bf and I a bottle of wine as a parting gift. He was so easy to talk to and so responsive. He gave the best recommendations for food. BOOK IT! Fave beach town!

The apartment is located in the heart of the village, it was immaculately clean, has new furnishings and appliances, and a wonderful balcony overlooking the town and the verdant hills above. Alfio had great communication, was helpful during check-in, and even presented us with a nice bottle of wine (that we thoroughly enjoyed on the balcony). I can't imagine a better place to stay in Monterosso. If you're staying in the Cinque Terre, don't hesitate to request Alfio's place.

Alfio is a superhost! He answered all the questions we had prior to arriving; he met us at a very convenient location and even carried our bags up to his place; and the space was much larger than expected! It was very comfortable and very convenient to absolutely everything Alfio went above and beyond to make our experience at Cinque Terre perfect! I will recommend his place to everyone I know going there.
