While the 7 or 8 story climb to the apartment up an exterior stone stair case was a bit unexpected, once in the unit the climb was well rewarded with an extraordinary view of miles of the Cinque Terre coast line. The unit was very private and quiet. The host, Margherita, was kind and very responsive to all of our concerns. We loved the experience of being in the picturesque village of Monterosso, with all of its wonderful and quant restaurants and cafes. Our stay here was one of highlights of our Italian family vacation.

Margherita’s place was beautiful! She was extremely helpful and flexible in meeting us after check-in due to our train coming in late. The views are incredible! We packed heavy and Margherita was kind enough to help us carry luggage up the stairs. Although the walk up the stairs is intense - the view is completely worth it! She was very kind and we appreciated her support during our first trip to Cinque Terre. The beds are comfortable and the shower is very nice. We are appreciative of her patience and understanding with our family of four. She has the perfect location for travelers wanting to stay in beautiful Monterosso. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.
