The location of the property is good, cafes, shops etc are a walkable distance. Parking is located directly outside the property, which was fairly priced at £13. There is also nice views of the river from the window. We didn’t mind carrying the luggage up 5 flights of stairs from the parking spot to the flat door . The smart lock was easy to use to unlock the door but can be tricky to lock the door. When we arrived there were crumbs on the table, the fan in the kitchen and bathroom need a real good dust. Overall, the decor was nice. The shower head kept falling apart. However, when we had trouble with the shower not working Sami was very helpful. Unfortunately, what let the stay down the most was communication. It was not advertised that you have to provide proof of address but, you do. Our messages were read before and during our stay but weren’t responded to until we sent a chaser message. Although there are 2 pictures of a double room, there is only 1 double room & 1 sofa bed.
