It was dirty. There were stains on the bed sheets and chairs. Dusty shelves in the living room and bathroom. Hair on the bathroom floor. I didnt notice patchy paint jobs or that the pool wasn't heated in the pictures where is noted. Until after I checked in. And the sheets are extremely uncomfortable, not cotton, calling for a sweaty night. Joseph was very responsive and communicative. But I wish it was clean and visually pleasing. There was clutter in a lot of spaces. Bedroom cupboards that are used for storage and the outside shed where messy, where it should look unlived. I did like the kitchen and the amenities like air fryer and pans that where needed during my stay.

Was a really great home, in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The host, Joseph was very responsive, lovely home.

Joe is an excellent host! He kept in contact and was availble when I needed him for minor questions. The only thing about the stay that i could have changed was the mosquitoes. But even with that I believe he had someone spray. This location was great as well. Far enough for peace and quiet but not too far from entertainment. I will refer him as a host and certainly visit again to any of his properties.

Joseph was very helpful and communicated well. He was even willing to go look for a lost wallet for us after we left.
