I would never stay again or recommend this home. -10 min. after arriving, a crash in master bathroom where shampoo, etc. fell from wall -Day 2 Dishwasher broke & had to be replaced, hot water turned off to house after installation -A/C broken upon arrival & required multiple repairs w/ hours of repairmen in house. Still broken when we left. Disrupted small children/babies naps & use of house. Children would wake up sweating multiple times in night. Miserably hot. Fans provided-no help -Only ice maker in house broken -Hot tub area smelled of rot -told to leave house unsecured with window open -Dead rat in backyard where standing water accumulated -Grass not mowed, knee high -washing machine off balance with any size load, 4 hours for 1 load Hanh responsive to issues but we stopped telling her cuz we were tired of cleaning up from repairs & people in house for so many hours. Front door left open during repairs allowed stinging bugs in Instead of being with my family, I managed repairs

We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were great with plenty of amenities and supplies for the 12 people we had in our group. The location was nice and convenient to visit both the Dallas and Fort Worth areas. Hanh was a great host and made sure all our needs were met. Would absolutely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

This place was perfect for our family and close friends to spend a weekend together. We filled every bed but never felt crowded. The open common spaces are conducive for a larger group to be all together, but there are also places to break away for a nap or small group conversation and games. The host responded quickly and considerately every time I had a question. All spaces were neat and clean, and my group could not stop talking about what a great place I’d picked! You don’t always need this big of a house, but if you need to be in the DFW area, it is a great location close to both Ft. Worth and Dallas. Would definitely recommend!

The house was very nice. It had everything we needed and a great space for 4 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed the hot tub and outside sitting space. It was convenient to lots of sights and Hanh was responsive when asked for recommendations in the area.
