Location is very nice. Close to bus station, metro and tramvay station. Could communicate with Raja whenever needed

I stayed 2 nights in Raja house and recommended as it is near to the metro and tram station about 2-5 mins walking, no uphill at all and surrounded with local markets and restaurants. Raja responded very fast and very understanding as he allowed us to leave the luggage after checked out and even tried to provide us iron. The heater will turned off automatically after 15 mins but no issues as the weather not so cold eventhough in winter time. Thanks Raja, we will stay again if we come back to istanbul.

The apartment was pretty much not clean at all. The master bedroom has a massive damp spot on the ceiling and the wooden closet in that corner of the room is covered (inside and outside) with mold spots. The mildew smell was so bad. It was quite clear that this place was not properly cared for, which is a pity because the location is amazing. I would personally have had no problem with the apartment IF it was actually clean and didn't have a bad mold problem. We had rented this AirBnb for two nights while we stayed in Istanbul but we could only stay at this place for one night and then we had to find different accommodations specifically because of the mold. No, we did not contact the host about the mold problem because mold is not an easy/quick fix at all. It is not something that would be possible to rectify while we stayed there.
