There's nothing quite like island living! Come enjoy a uniquely romantic experience at this secondary waterfront tiny home. With private community water/beach access and boat launch, you're sure to soak in the views and the sun. This tiny home has a lofted bed with stair access, a minimalist kitchen with a stove and oven, and a bathroom with a full sized shower. The community sandy beach 100 yards away has a lovely firepit and dock, or stay home and relax in the hammock.

It was great for the price, the hot was definitely a concern. I'm sure Avery is aware and working to rectify the issue. We had great time otherwise.
This tiny home was the perfect getaway for a relaxing weekend. Far enough away from the city for a more quiet retreat but still close to other friendly folks. The home itself was beautiful and modern, which gave it a bigger feel than it actually was! The stairs were a bit steep to get up the steps to the bed but other than that the place was absolutely wonderful. Avery was also very helpful and responsive and he made sure to make our stay as easy as possible. 10/10 place to stay!

The tiny home is lovely. Very close to the lake. Just as pictured. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.
We had a great stay here! The tiny home was perfect for the two of us and very aesthetic and modern. It was stocked with everything we needed including coffee and kitchen utensils and appliances. Avery was a great host who was very responsive and accommodating for us! Overall we had a great stay here and would stay again!

Quiet and peaceful area allows nature to surround you. The island is home to about 100 homes, and is very pedestrian friendly.
There is road access to the island, but no public transport.
