Place is within 2-3 miles of AMC, St. Peter's, UAlbany, SUNY, College of St. Rose, Washington park, Empire State Plaza, and many other establishments. Only 15 minute ride to the airport ! Room is with a queen size bed. The room can accomodate 2 people comfortably. Located in the downstairs unit along with the shared bath room. Guest lounge with water dispenser and limited kitchen access is also in the ground floor of the unit. Full kitchen use requires additional fees.

This place is a hidden gem. It’s calm, quiet, easy to get to. The room is great for professionals who need a comfortable bed, desk space, privacy and a solid internet connection. FS is good communicator. A good spot if it’s available.

House unit is in central Albany area close to all bus routes and queue time for Uber/Lyft is within 5 minutes depending on time of day.
