Went with the family to see the total eclipse. Great layout at the house and the yard was perfect for viewing the eclipse. We celebrated a daughter’s 35th birthday and the only things missing were a grater/garlic mincer and an electric mixer. Kids took turns whisking the heavy cream into whipped cream. If you go, start the Adirondack puzzle early! It’s a beast. We loved our mini vacation in the land of a thousand lakes in the heart of the Adirondacks. If you try to geo to the Wild Center in Tupper, book tickets ahead. We drove 1.5 hours only to be turned away because they were sold out. Tell a 3.5 year old she really isn’t going to get to see the otters! All good though, as there’s a terrific playground in town. Book today! You won’t be disappointed!
great place, excellent service
Perfect ADK getaway home. We are a family of 6; 4 sons between 12 and 21. Had an excellent time and Robert was very responsive and helpful. The place is even better than the pictures make it look. Super clean an beautiful home with all the amenities. Lots of hiking all around, close to Inlet for groceries and restaurants; not far from Old Forge where there’s more of the same. All in all, great location and great host!
Nice place off of the beaten path, but still close enough to the little towns to easily get around.
Everything was perfect, was clean and private! Nothing was missing, had some basics in the kitchen to use. All you need is to bring your own towels and necessities!! We so greatly appreciate that Robert allowed our whole family to stay🐾 one of the best places we’ve stayed close to Inlet and Eagle bay!
