Pros: The place is nice and comfortable with a view of the river with plenty of space for 2 cars. It is ~30 minutes away from downtown Montreal. The owner let me check in early. Cons: The owner is rather cold and distant. I had to put up with two very loud parties with music, without any notice, until very late at night without notice. The owner walked around the apartment often when I was around, day and late at night, leaving me very little privacy especially with the very sheer partial curtains provided. The parking was icy and dangerous and nothing was done about it despite my requests. Lastly, the owner disturbed me very late one night without notice, asking me to close my window. Mentioning the feeling of invasion of privacy led to a disturbing vociferous response from him. I tried unsuccessfully to leave early with reimbursement for the remaining days; The owner denied any refund. This was the worst experience I ever had among my many times renting with Airbnb.

Appartement très sympa devant la rivière pas très loin du mont St hilaires,José est super, je recommande vivement cette place pour la tranquillité,et la beauté du secteur .
