Very convenient location for my needs. Very quiet neighborhood. Five minutes from regional park, Brea Mall, plenty of dining options and easy access to Orange Freeway (CA-57). Kim is a very kind and responsive host. She really made me feel welcome and at home.

I just wanted to say how lovely and right at home I felt staying here. Kim is so so extremely kind and friendly, and also very accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There were also snacks and water provided in the room when I arrived, which was very much appreciated. The attached bathroom was also nice and clean, with towels and whatever else you’d need provided. Although Kim would’ve provided anything else I would’ve needed. She made me feel right at home by telling me to help myself to anything I’d need in the kitchen and such. She’s lovely to chat with, and also was so kind enough as to send me off with snacks each day I set off, which were delicious! Also their dog is so very friendly and cute! This was one of the most comforting and best priced places I’ve stayed at. Thank you for the hospitality, Kim!
