Near-new, modern and comfortable. Our cottage is close to Waipapa/Kerikeri and breathtaking beaches. Enjoy the privacy of a stand alone cottage that is fully fenced and has privacy screens. A local favourite blueberry farm is right next door to the cottage, it opens in the summer months where you can enjoy blueberry ice creams and more amongst the orchard in a boutique-farm like setting. Secure boat parking on request, complete with cameras. Cottage can accomodate up to 4 people. This cottage has been designed with comfort and function in-mind. A home away from home to relax for a short or long stay. The outdoor area is fully fenced for peace of mind with little ones, and there is a comfortable outdoor area for BBQs and summer nights.

Our cottage is set in a semi-rural setting yet close to Kerikeri, Waipapa and some of the most beautiful NZ beaches are within a short drive. Next door to the cottage you will find a gorgeous blueberry farm that opens in the summer to locals and visitor... here you can find an incredible atmosphere on a sunny day and even better blueberry ice creams, frozen yoghurts even coconut frozen yoghurt! It is a local favourite.
