Check in was great and super simple without any of the usual hassles! Alan’s home was very neat and the location was a 5 minute drive from the Paristown hall and an equal distance from Butchertown. Overall wonderful trip and can’t thank him enough!

Plase as described and looks just like the pictures. The furniture was comfortable and my son loved the pool table. Kitchen was lacking a few items I think are necessary like a toaster and a baking sheet, which I did purchase a baking sheet and left it behind. If you are a light sleeper and noise bothers you, you may need ear plugs. The highway runs right behind the house and air planes fly over head all night. Didn't bother me as I love the city noise. Location is perfect and located close to downtown and just minutes from the Expo center and Kentucky Kingdom. There is no driveway, it's all street parking. But we had no issues and we were able to pull up next to the house most nights. Alan was a great host and I would stay again when I am back in the area.
