Beautifully renovated and decorated home in a quiet neighborhood at the heart of town. super close to many restaurants. my family of 5 stayed for the weekend. We all had a great stay. very comfortable.

Kourtney is a fantastic host - proactive and very responsive in her communication. We were in need for a hair dryer and I reached out to Kourtney to ask if there's one in the unit. She had one ordered from Walmart and had it delivered within the hour! The place was clean and well decorated - just as pictured. We stayed at Kourtney's place to attend the Masters, but Milledgeville seems to offer much more, including a huge lake nearby. I look forward to revisiting the town and staying at Kourtney's place again.

Kourtney accommodated so well for our grieving family to attend a funeral; we come into town frequently and this will now be our favorite place to stay! Spacious home with more than enough room for our family

Kourtney has a wonderful home, very centrally located. It is a less than 5 minute trip to a gym, grocery store, and tons of restaurants. She was very responsive in communicating with us and reached out multiple times to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend.
